Physical Wellth is the ultimate investment in your body’s freedom, strength, and resilience—a state where you move with ease, live without physical limitations, and maintain independence as you age.
It’s not just about working out; it’s about building a body that works for you, not against you. It’s about strength that lasts, mobility that keeps up with your life, and endurance that allows you to do more of what you love.
Physical Wellth is measured not by how you look, but by how capable, confident, and unrestricted you feel in your movement every day. It’s the difference between simply existing and thriving.
When you invest in Physical Wellth, you’re securing your future freedom—because true Wellth isn’t in your bank account, it’s in your ability to move, play, and live on your own terms.
Here are the three things you need to build your own Physical Wellth
1. Accountability
Common sense is not common practice, meaning we all know we should exercise and eat well, however it’s very challenging for most people, this is why a key component to your success for building physical wellth is dependent on accountability. When you invest in someone to help you stay accountable, you are more apt to do the things you set out to do. It helps to have someone on the other end rooting for us to be there.
2. Consistency
The most impactful thing you can do for your Physical Wellth is to become a person who is consistent. Becoming a consistent person means that you show up when you don’t want to, you find areas for opportunities rather than rigidity, and you choose to do hard things. When you are consistent with showing up and doing the work you get better. This doesn’t mean you have to crush your body every time, it means that you show up and do what you can with what you have for that day.
3. Structure
I go to a mechanic because they know more about cars than I do, the same way you hire a professional for their expertise. They will have more understanding of the subject but will have a structured plan with how they will fix your problem. You need a plan that will have flexibility, modifications, and details with what and how you will do what you need to do for that day. You become more inconsistent when you don’t have a plan in action for your goals. This makes it even harder with all of the information out there and not knowing which one will work for you. When you have a structured plan, you take all of the guess work out and have something to follow.
